Terms and Conditions

Mama Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Once an order is placed with Mama Inc. Studio you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.


Quotes are valid for 10 days from the date of issue


A minimum order of 30 applies to all wedding stationery, with the exception of welcome signs, table plans, table names, table numbers and table menus.

Jacket and other painted items must be ordered at least 3 months prior to shipping subject to availability.

Logos and illustrations do not require shipping unless purchased within a package for business cards and stickers. Logos and Illustrations will be sent via PDF format.


Design Rights

Designs are copyright of Mama Inc. Studio. You, or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any part or way. Some of the designs are hand finished and as a result, slight variations between each item may occur.

Logo designs must adhere to copyright and licensing regulations and Mama Inc. will not tolerate or be held responsible for third party fraud. Fonts created by me or from a licensed supplier must have purchased the rights to use the logo. You must not trace, edit or resell fonts as your own creation.

Colour on screen will always look slightly brighter than the printed version. Similarly, your printer may not print exactly the same as the printers Mama Inc. Studio use. If you have provided a colour swatch, every effort will be made to match it as closely as possible. Due to the printing process, colour variation can occur between print runs. Therefore, colours may differ between your finished stationery and the original sample that you received. If you want the colour exactly the same throughout all of your wedding stationery, it is recommended that all of your wedding stationery is printed at the same time.


Card Stock

Unless requested otherwise,  all stationery will be printed on 300gsm silk or uncoated card. Card samples are available free of charge. Refunds will not be issued if on receipt of your printed stationery, you decide that you do not like the card stock. Seating plans greater in size than A3 will be printed onto 190gsm paper and backed onto 5mm thick foam board.



Mama Inc. Studio can supply envelopes if requested. A5, A6, A7 sizes available in a variety of colours. Please specify when making an order. Lined Envelopes available at an additional cost.



A 50% deposit is required once you have confirmed your order. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer. For payment via bank transfer, details will be sent to you once you have placed your order via our invoicing system Wave. We also accept orders via Etsy custom listings. Payment plans can be arranged but these have to be discussed directly with Nathasha.

Costs on orders placed in advance may be subject to a price increase when external suppliers review their costs. This is standard practice and you will be notified in advance if this occurs. Payments can be settled in advance at current rates to avoid extra charges.


Supply of Information

Please ensure that the information supplied for your order is correctly spelt and accurate to minimise amendment and the need for reproofing. Word documents are preferred, or you can send an email with images of inspiration if necessary.


For on the day stationery, when your guest list is confirmed can Mama Inc. Studio make your seating plan and place cards. The information to complete these must be with Mama Inc. Studio at least 4 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for production. Sometimes guests may change their mind at the last minute and where possible Mama Inc. Studio will help to alter the seating plan or place cards so long as the items are not in print.



Proofs are sent as a digital PDF via email or Trello using the wording and digital concept drafted and agreed in your order. Each order is allowed up to free 2 revisions of their initial design. Additional changes are charged at £35 per new proof based on Nathasha’s hourly rate. Should the entire design change during the process, a charge of £250 will be added to allow for the new design to commence. The original proofs will be property of Mama Inc. You are responsible for checking the PDF proof for layout, colour, dates, spellings and grammar. Mama Inc. Studio will endeavour to check this, however, if proofs are signed off by yourself with errors and are subsequently printed, Mama Inc. Studio takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, these will be charged for in full. On review of the proof, if any amendments are required, changes must be emailed to Mama Inc. Studio, the proof rechecked and signed off before going to print. If you would prefer to see a printed copy of your proof, please notify us at the time of ordering. A charge of £25.00 + £4.50 postage applies for this service. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.


Jacket proofs will be sent to you 1 month prior to shipping to allow for revision if necessary and for painting and shipping turnaround. Failure to sign off the proof with less than 1 week notice of the shipping date may result in a late arrival which Mama Inc. Studio will not be held responsible for.


Lead time

Once your order has been confirmed, and full payment has been cleared, Mama Inc. Studio will contact you within 1 working day for all of your wording and colour details. Once Mama Inc. Studio has received this information, a PDF proof of your personalised wedding stationery will be sent to you within 2 working days. Once approved, your finished stationery will be printed and delivered within 7-10 working days. Unfortunately, these timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances, if this is the case, Mama Inc. Studio will keep you updated on your order.


Finished Product

Orders such as stationery, painted items or agate slices may differ from colour, quality and size depending on the item. You will receive a notification when your order is complete via email and if requested, Mama Inc. Studio can send you images of your products before shipping.

Postage & Packing

All orders are delivered Monday – Friday. Delivery is tracked and will require a signature to provide proof of receipt. Mama Inc. Studio takes extreme care in packing your stationery. In the unlikely event your parcel suffers damage, please write ‘damaged’ when signing for the parcel and report this to Mama Inc. Studio within 24 hours via email. Failure to do so will impede any claim that is made and will mean that Mama Inc. Studio cannot replace your items free of charge. If ordering wedding day stationery alongside save the date cards, invitations, reply cards or thank you cards, the wedding day stationery will be dispatched separately at a later date once you have confirmed your guest list.

Cancellations, errors and returns

Returns are not accepted as all products are personalised and made to order.

All deposits are non-refundable.

As your wedding stationery is personalised and tailored to you, cancelled orders following approval or the final proof cannot be refunded. If you decide to cancel your order once design work has started and proofs exchanged, a refund of 50% will be issued minus hourly labour costs and materials. Mama Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order any time if a client does not meet our guidelines.
